Ellenbrook is Australia’s most awarded new town. It is the winner of 30 state and national awards.
Why all the success? As becomes evident from these photos it is due to a collaborative approach to it’s initial and ongoing design from Developers, Planners, Architects and Builders.
These parties all worked together to create seven self sustainable communities (also know as townships). Each neighborhood has it’s own center that can be reached on foot within 10 minutes from any house.
Now an urban Town Center boasts an art gallery, restaurants, tavern, and shopping center with 80 shops including one of the largest Woolworths in the state. And the amount of open space and parkland around every corner is breathtaking!
